St. Paul's 68th Annual Christmas Fair and Open House
Saturday, December 4

Less than a week and counting to Fair Day, December 4!

Fair and Tours, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please read over the Christmas Fair newsletter that was recently mailed to every parishioner and let us know what you will be donating (handmade gifts or food, time, or cash) by contacting the church office.

  • Our primary need is volunteer help before, during, and after the Fair.  It's a great way to participate, meet new people, and have a lot of fun!  Specifically if you can help out for just a few hours, we need assistance for the following:
    • On Friday, December 3, we need lots of folks to help with pricing and labeling, cutting candy, etc.  (Call Connie Burt 522-2538 or Rhonda Frothingham 729-3603).

    • On Fair Day, Saturday, December 4, several tables need "floaters" to cover short shifts (1 or 2 hours), especially for lunch breaks.  (Call Connie Burt 522-2538 or Rhonda Frothingham 729-3603).

    • The Christmas Café on Fair Day needs wait staff to serve lunch, and helpers in the kitchen.  (Call Meg Warren 725-0156 or Brian Rosenberg 729-1942).

  • White Elephant donations may be left at the church anytime during office hours and Sunday 11/28 between 1:00-3:00 p.m. Bonny Labonte, chair, 729-5226.

  • Please remember to make gift items for the Christmas Shoppe when your are making gifts.  Any handmade items will be appreciated.  Thank you.  Nancy Adams and Louise Colburn, co-chairs.

  • Cabot Cheddar Cheese again this year - direct from the creamery at last year's price $6.00 per pound. If you want cheese on Fair Day, sign up on the sheet with the red/green colors. Last year we sold every pound! Duane Peck, chair.

  • Love to bake?  Or, want to make some candy?  The Fair gives you a chance to try making some of the recipes in your new St. Paul's cookbook.  Or, make one of your own tried and true recipes to be sold on the Bakery and Candy Table.  If you have questions or need a recipe please call Lucinda White at 865-4635.

  • The Fur and Feathers Table needs: Knit cat toys, Felt pet stockings, Dog bones, Cat treats, Bird seed, Peanut butter, cans of Crisco, Suet cakes, and Catnip.  Questions?  Call Paul Wood, 725-6954.

May the words of my mouth, and the meditations of my heart, always be acceptable in thy sight, O God my Strength and my Redeemer. Amen.
